FGV publishes article in Tópicos magazine
The Director of FGV Projetos, Cesar Cunha Campos, published an article in the German magazine, Tópicos, in which he analyzes the political economy of Temer´s government.## Cesar Cunha Campos highlights two fundamental means by which the Brazilian economy may recuperate its growth and attract investments, through the determining of a government-spending ceiling and a solution for sate debts. Other than this, he points to other structural reforms that are also necessary, such as social security reform, labor reform, changes in infrastructure and the recovery of productive partnerships in the international commercial sector.

Tópicos magazine is published quarterly by the Brazil-Germany Society ("Deutsch-Brasilianische Gesellschaft" (DBG), in German) and contains current articles on political, economic, ecological, cultural and social topics of reference to Brazil. This is the first contribution of FGV to this magazine.
DBG is a private, non-profit institution. It was founded in 1960 following the initiative of Prof. Dr. Hermann M. Görgen and by important personalities of the economy, politics and culture of both countries. DBG promotes cooperation between Brazil and Germany and maintains contacts with institutions and companies in both countries. FGV Europe's advisor, Ambassador Bernhard von Waldersee currently sits on the DBG board.
