FGV holds webinar about investment trends in 2022

The event is part of the Investment Fund Industry Promotion Project, carried out by FGVcef and sponsored by BB DTVM.

The Finance Research Center at Fundação Getulio Vargas’ Sao Paulo School of Business Administration (FGVcef) is holding a webinar called “Investment Prospects for 2022 – Hot Asset Classes” on December 13, at 7 pm, about investment trends next year.

The event is part of the Investment Fund Industry Promotion Project, carried out by FGVcef and sponsored by BB DTVM. Talks will be given by Claudia Yoshinaga and William Eid, both coordinators of FGVcef; and Marcelo Arnosti, chief strategist for equity, multimarket and offshore investments at BB DTVM.

According to Arnosti, BB DTVM is investing in projects of this kind as it believes that financial education is an essential instrument to help investors make good choices. “A consistent financial education makes people aware about decisions related to their financial resources”, he says.

BB DTVM is the leader in the Brazilian investment fund sector, administering net assets of R$1.3 trillion, giving it a 21.18% market share, according to a September 2021 ranking of investment fund managers produced by the Brazilian Association of Financial and Capital Market Entities. Its experience in fund management has been attested to by two renowned rating agencies, Fitch Rating and Moody’s.
