Webinar looks at anti-corruption agenda

During the event, the guest speakers will discuss how the positive anti-corruption agenda can encourage companies to implement compliance, integrity and ethics programs and thereby tackle unethical conduct, corruption and fraud.

On August 3, 2021, at 11 am, Fundação Getulio Vargas’ Sao Paulo School of Business Administration (FGV EAESP) will hold a webinar called “The Positive Anti-Corruption Agenda: The Experience of the Infra+ and Agro+ Integrity Certifications.”

During the event, the guest speakers will discuss how the positive anti-corruption agenda can encourage companies to implement compliance, integrity and ethics programs and thereby tackle unethical conduct, corruption and fraud in the infrastructure and agriculture sectors. The Infra+ and Agro+ Integrity certifications encourage companies to voluntarily adopt integrity measures by rewarding companies that show they are committed to implementing best practices regarding governance, social responsibility, sustainability, and prevention of fraud and corruption.

The guest speakers will be Fernanda Costa de Oliveira, the Infrastructure Ministry’s undersecretary for compliance and integrity; and Cláudio Torquato da Silva, the head of the Special Internal Controls Advisory Unit at the Agriculture Ministry.

A presentation will be given by Ligia Maura Costa, the coordinator of the FGVethics Study Center. The moderator will be Gesner Oliveira, the coordinator of the FGV Center for Infrastructure and Environmental Solutions.
