Knowledge partnership with the OECD since 2010

FGV Europe participates actively in the annual OECD Forum, holding presentations and presenting high-level research, studies, and analyzes. This partnership involves the creation of studies, publications, and seminars, among other initiatives. In addition, the partnership was also highlighted at the launch of the Portuguese version of the OECD's "Index for a Better Life" in 2014, as being responsible for translating, updating, and promoting the Index to the Portuguese-speaking public worldwide. Furthermore, FGV organised a meeting in Paris in 2018 with members of the Brazilian judiciary, and OECD Secretary-General Angel Gurría, and other directors of the institution. The purpose of the meeting was to strengthen our partnership with the OECD and to extend its thematic scope to the area of Law.

FGV Europe has been closely monitoring the accession process of Brazil to the OECD and promotes the development of closer relations between both. In 2015, FGV had the opportunity to witness the signing of the cooperation agreement between the OECD and Brazil, a milestone for Brazil, the OECD, and FGV.
