Global Report - Global Data Barometer

The new Global Data Barometer (GDB) unveiled the results of its first study on May 11.
The goal of the Barometer is a multi-dimensional and multi-faceted study that assesses the state of data for public good in 109 countries.
Two years in the making, the expert survey was conducted to create a new global benchmark that examines data management, availability, and use, as well as the impact of data for the public good.
The data is available on the GDB website through its core modules (e.g., governance and capabilities) or thematic modules (e.g., climate action, land, public procurement), as well as at the country level.
Our fellow Larissa Galdino de Magalhães participated in the study as a country researcher and data reviewer.
